I have a background from the market research industry and worked at Nielsen for 20 years, both in Nordic roles and various leadership roles.
I am the CEO and founder of Marketing Clinic. Before starting Marketing Clinic, I worked at the Coca-Cola Company for 10 years in different positions, including CEO of Coca-Cola in Sweden and Finland and as Marketing Director for the Nordic and Baltic regions. I love to see business results driven by marketing, and in this job I see plenty of that. I am very results oriented and eager to learn and develop. I am a mother of 3 young boys, which provides fantastic balance to my otherwise quite intense days as a consultant.

The last 14 years I have been working with retail strategy, category management and shopper insight for many of Swedens largest retailers and FMCG companies. Before joining Marketing Clinic in 2017, I was a senior consultant and CEO for Movement Consulting. My passion is to create results – more satisfied customers, stronger brands, higher profitability. This means great strong insights and great strategy, but also focus on operations and implementation. When my work has contributed to a new product, improved store department, higher EBIT or a smiling customer – that is when I know my work is truly of value.

I graduated from Hanken School of Economics in 2016 with strategic marketing as my major. As a designer of creative concepts and visual contents, I enjoy the versatility of puzzles I meet daily. I work on projects of various scales from simple data visualizations to designing internal and external brand strategy implementation materials or marketing communication concepts. My background prior to Marketing Clinic is in advertising and communication agencies. Originally, I graduated from Turku University of Applied Sciences as Art Director / Bachelor of Media. Already in the studies, conceptual thinking was always emphasized over loose ideas and that is something I still live by.
I’m one of the founding partners of Marketing Clinic, and I’m responsible for Marketing Clinic group finances. Additionally, I have substantial experience in marketing research and analytics, and I therefore work as a subject expert on projects that require new research data. This gives me an opportunity to be involved with customers and brands from different categories and to stay current with the latest consumer and industry trends.
I have been the finance administrator in Marketing Clinic since 2014. Prior to Marketing Clinic I have worked e.g. in Accenture and Finnish Defence Forces.
Joined Marketing Clinic in 2018. Before joining MC I acted as a retail operations manager with a background in sales processes development as an in-house consultant. Retail expertise gained by working for one of the largest worldwide retailers both in Germany and Finland. Today at MC my main focus is to support retailers and FMCG companies achieve sales growth, develop their in-store customer experience and improve overall operational success.
I joined Marketing Clinic in 2017. I am responsible for research and analysis, creating insights and value for our customers from all types of data. A very important part of a research project is to understand the client's needs in order to define the accurate methodology and questions. I have been working with this since 1993, mainly with the FMCG industry in Sweden.
I work with marketing efficiency, market research and general analytics to support our clients in their strategic and fact-based decisions. The goal of this work is to help our clients grow both inspiring and differentiated brands. My marketing experience has been accrued in four different countries and several industries. Most of my focus has been on FMCG from both the client and agency sides of business. Over the last couple of years with the Norwegian MC office, my competences have grown to cover a variety of B2B and B2C industries. The methodology, toolbox and talent base in our company makes it a unique and thrilling place to work!

I run our Copenhagen office. My particular expertise area is media: I have worked over a decade in media agencies and FMCG's, and the last 13 years at Marketing Clinic overseeing multiple media management projects, among other things!

My passions are result-oriented marketing and finding solutions that drive bottom line growth for our clients. Therefore, working with different clients and business challenges is very inspiring and rewarding. That, together with the expertise and knowledge of the MC team, ensure that I learn something new every day.
I make sure everything works at the office, so that my colleagues can concentrate on their work. I have worked in customer service for more than 5 years, for example at the Finnish National Opera, and I know the importance of everything rolling smoothly. A happy client and a colleague is my goal every day!
I joined Marketing Clinic in late 2016, and have a Msc degree in Strategic Marketing Management at BI Business School. My early background is from the insurance industry and B2B business via my own enterprise. My primary areas of expertise lie in qualitative and quantitative marketing research, analysis and commercial strategy. In Marketing Clinic, I have been responsible for the technical part of sales modelling projects from different industries, consumer panels, statistical modelling, brand optimization and market segmentation. I am thrilled to be able to work with such a highly competent team and learn from all their insights, tools and experiences.
I have a strong background in FMCG marketing, especially in brand portfolio management and brand positioning. During my years at Marketing Clinic I've worked in various marketing and sales development projects and had the opportunity to widen my experience also to B2B marketing. As Manager I perform sales and new business development, plan and coordinate complex development projects, create insights, recommendations and initiatives critical for achieving business growth, and support my clients in imagining, framing, planning and leading successful change in their organizations. My main specialties are the measurement, management and development of customer experience, and I'm particularly interested in future megatrends and how they will impact business, society and life.
I am keen on understanding business processes from the customer perspective. Particularly customer behavior, revenue streams, and consumer perspective on new technologies e.g. artificial intelligence are my sources of interest. I’m looking forward to contributing fresh and innovative thoughts together with a strong attitude, energy, and enthusiasm that give me the drive to take the extra mile. I am currently writing my master thesis on the usage of artificial intelligence in customer service and how it effects on customer experience.
I have had the privilege of being involved in the development of Category Management practices over the last 20+ years, from the start in the United States and since that in the Nordic countries. I still get kicks from identifying opportunities and developing solutions together with suppliers and retailers in a wide range of FMCG categories. During the last five years I have trained several hundred FMCG professionals in Best Practice Category Management as part of the ECR Academy Learning Program in Sweden. By listening to the participants in these training sessions I am convinced that there´s an abundance of opportunities to develop many FMCG categories and I look forward to discuss this with you.
For me, it’s all about things that are humanely desirable, economically viable and technologically feasible. Prior to joining Marketing Clinic, I’ve worked +4 years with CX consulting as an entrepreneur and at a leading Nordic IT company. I’m curious about lean ways of working and bring with me a design thinking mindset to every assignment. I’m always open for discussions on the what, why and how of customer experience management.
